Courage isn’t always easy to find. Sometimes we need to dig deep. Especially these days with the world going topsy-turvy. If you’re feeling small and not sure how to face the day, here’s a short yoga flow, which you can do.
Yoga for Courage takes less than 30 minutes but it will set a fire within you. The poses start off really easy and then get a bit more challenging.
There are tons of yoga videos out there, but I love how Adriene teaches her classes. She makes you feel as if you’re practicing together and not just have a teacher telling you what to do. She’s gently encouraging and gives you the feeling of empowerment for the challenging poses. (Stay tuned for more of her yoga flows, which I will share as I do them.)
So, if you could use a boost today (or any day for that matter), do yourself a favor and spend 30 minutes doing yoga for courage.
