With her videos and workouts overflowing with youthful energy, Chloe Ting is one of our favorite fitness gurus. This week’s Fitness Friday is a 15-minute full-body workout with dumbbells, which is a great routine for the busy or lacking energy for longer sessions.
We only have a few weeks before Christmas and New Year’s arrive, so some pre-emptive measures are necessary for many of us. Plus, with your calendars probably full of activities (virtual or otherwise), you might not have much time for your normal, extensive exercise.
This 15-minute full-body workout with dumbbells is sure to help with that – given that you do it as regularly as you can, daily if possible.
The routine does not require any equipment aside from dumbbells, but it will give you a good burn.
