This exercise routine will help you get lean arms, which may especially have been lacking physical attention in the past weeks. In this challenge, fitness expert Chloe Ting throws down the gauntlet. It’s not super difficult but it’s not easy as well. And the best part is you don’t need much equipment. Your workout clothes and a mat are more than enough.
