Anyone can benefit from raising and channeling their feminine energy. Feminine energy allows us to be empathetic, intuitive, and creative. Here’s a meditation script to honor your feminine energy.
Begin in a comfortable seated position. In particular, allow your hips to be comfy. You can do a hip opening yoga flow before this meditation. Then, you can simply pad your hips with a pillow.
As you become aware of your body, allow any tense areas to soften and relax. Let your breath flow freely and naturally. Then, set your personal intention for your meditation.
For the next few minutes, give yourself permission to simply be. Is your mind full of to-dos, and are you thinking about the next task to tick off? Notice any thoughts that take you away from the present moment. Observe them, then let them go.
Bring your attention to your sacral chakra. Your sacral chakra is the seat of your feminine energy, and is located in your hips. You can hover your hands over your hips to feel this energy, or simply visualize an orange wheel whirling below your bellybutton.
Start to visualize a warm, incandescent glow emanating from your hips. Understand that this is your feminine energy. Allow it to fill you with feelings of pleasure and love.
Simply let this radiance spread across your body. If any particular visions come into mind, do not ignore them! Part of increasing your feminine energy is letting your imagination run free.

When you are feel that you are done with your meditation, simply let go of any images or sensations. Then, feel your hips heavy on your mat or your pillow. Finally, scan your body once more, and come back into the present moment. Lastly, open your eyes.
