		<description>This is a really great list! It has essential things mixed with not so essential (Borat, haha), yet each is thing is a perfect stress reliever.  

Which reminds me, I did do a bit of research on the vegetarian happiness levels.  So far it seems that a vegetarian diet could result in a higher happiness level and most definitely a longer lifetime.  Maybe I'll be switching to vege soon.</description>
